We've all heard the expression of being on cloud 9. Simply put, it means being at the height of happiness. And what's it take to get there? Energy.

Our bowls are filled with superfoods to give you the energy you need - physically and mentally. I'm a true believer that we're not only fueled by what we put into our bodies, but also by those we surround ourselves with and is essential to finding our height of happiness. That's why we have created a space where you can comfortably do just that - free wi-fi, a comfy couch, and plenty of space for gathering - for work, social, or on the go. Oh and of course, delicious energy bowls you'll crave!

HERE'S THE SCOOP

WHAT EXACTLY IS A SUPERFOOD ENERGY BOWL?

Our superfood energy bowls are made with primarily organic, gluten free, dairy free, soy free, plant-based, vegan and nutritious ingredients! We begin with a sorbet base and top every bowl with fresh granola, superfood toppings, fruit, and nut butter or honey drizzles and bowls are 100% customizable and perfect for any time of the day!

IS A BOWL CONSIDERED TO BE A SNACK OR A MEAL?

Our bowls are packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and nutritious flavor you crave! They are made with sorbet (blended fruit) and topped with a multitude of superfoods and fresh fruit along with a nut butter or honey drizzle and are 100% customizable! They are perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner or even a snack to satisfy that sweet tooth craving in a quick healthy way!

DO YOU HAVE ANY NUT-FREE OPTIONS? WHAT IF I HAVE ALLERGIES?

YES! Our bowls are 100% customizable and can be tailored to anyone's specific dietary needs or restrictions. We do offer products with tree nuts and nut butters; so while we take precautionary steps to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we simply cannot 100% guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with nut or other related allergies. That said, the risk of this form of cross-contamination is incredibly small. Depending on how severe your allergies are to nuts, it's at your discretion if your wish to enjoy our delicious energy bowls. Feel free to ask our fantastic staff to see our allergen binder if you are curious about ANY of our ingredients!

ARE ALL YOUR INGREDIENTS ORGANIC, GLUTEN FREE, DAIRY FREE, SOY FREE, PLANT-BASED AND VEGAN?

Almost all of our ingredients are organic, dairy free, gluten free, soy free, and vegan. Our chia pudding, which is made with slow-release chocolate casein protein powder is considered vegetarian not vegan. However it is still dairy free, gluten free and soy free. The other exception is our honey drizzle which is not plant-based.

HOW MANY CALORIES ARE IN A BOWL?

The nutritional facts are dependent upon the size and ingredients you choose to put into your custom smoothie bowl. Based on an average number of calories per our signature bowls, the calorie count would be as follows:

Humble (12oz): 356 calories

Heavenly (16oz): 509 calories

Hangry (24oz): 813 calories

WHY ARE THE CARBOHYDRATES AND SUGAR SO HIGH IN A BOWL? ARE THEY STILL HEALTHY?

The reason for the carbohydrates being so high in a superfood energy bowl is that the sorbet bases are made from blending a mixture of fruits, which are considered to be simple carbohydrates and are what gives your body the energy it needs to function. The sugar content in the bowls are from NATURAL sugars found in our super fruit bases and are mainly in the form of fructose (a natural sugar, typically found in fruit), which actually give your body beneficial sugars to keep working the way it was designed!

WHAT ARE ACAI, PITAYA, MATCHA GREEN TEA, AND BLUE MAJIK?

Acai: The acai berry is renowned for its vast range of energy-boosting, cell-healing, weight loss, anti-aging and immune-stimulating properties. This superfood is the foundation of our base options and has a vegan dark chocolate and berry flavor!

Pitaya (Dragon fruit): Grown in Nicaragua, this vibrant fruit is a tropical globe of phytonutrient-packed, metabolism-stimulating, digestion-aiding, body detoxifying gold mine. It has a faint watermelon taste with a consistency of a slushed kiwi.

Matcha Green Tea: High in EGCG, which is believed to have cancer-fighting effects on the body, helps prevent heart disease and slows the progression of type 2 diabetes.

Blue Majik (Blue Spirulina): A mixture of pineapple, mango, coconut and the microalgae blue spirulina. This unique superfood complex is best known for its natural ability to reduce inflammation from muscle soreness, cramps, headaches and joint pain and reduces recovery time post-workout as well as aiding with symptoms of depression.

WHAT ARE THE HEALTHIEST OPTIONS ON YOUR MENU?

All our options are healthy and serve your body in a multitude of ways, however we do have two recommended bowl options based upon what you are looking for that are not listed under our signature bowl options. The Pure Health Bowl is geared to those who are just simply searching for the healthiest option with lower calories, carbohydrates and sugar content (nutrition facts found in our nutrition facts section of our website). The Post-Workout Bowl recommendation is for those who are looking for a meal to nourish and help the body recover from strenuous activity it is packed with carbohydrates to restore glycogen levels in the body and tons of protein and BCAA’s to rebuild and refuel muscles!

We are open every day of the week to keep your on-the-go nutrition needs fulfilled! Monday through Saturday from 9am-7pm and Sundays from 10am-5pm
